Cape Cod Community College has just finished its first full year after Sandy and Larry’s work, helping us identify core themes among our audiences, building and empowering a campus-wide team, and setting clear goals and directions for each college area. We continue to see excellent enrollment with strong growth in the key “traditional age” market segment and, equally as important, in retention, where communications strategies combined with consistent, timely message delivery clearly is making a difference.

As our colleges face serious state and local budget cuts in these
hard economic times, often at the same time we are increasing our services to growing enrollments, it becomes more

effective cost-cutting measures. This article will share concrete ideas on what can work for your college as you continue
to communicate with targeted audiences from potential students to legislators, business leaders and the media.
